WHO WE ARE

Chase Holub, an 8th generation farmer, began working in the aquaculture industry as a high school student in the late 90's.  After attending college and studying marine biology, he returned to South Texas to work and build his own farm.  Currently, Holub Fish is over 250 water acres providing premium catfish and hybrid striped bass.

Chase and his wife, Meredith, take great pride in doing each part of the job well.  Great care is taken in stocking, feeding, harvesting, and shipping.  They believe their product is a reflection of their family and one day the farm will be passed down to their children.  Raising fish is a round the clock job, every day of the year.
